The invention provides a coil castable composition for an intermediate frequency furnace. The coil castable composition comprises powder and a dispersing agent accounting for 0.05-0.2 wt% of the powder, the powder material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45-65% of fused quartz; 10 to 25 wt% of corundum fine powder; 8 to 20 weight percent of alpha-Al2O3 micro powder; 0 to 2 wt% of silica powder; 8 to 15 wt% of an inorganic binder; and 1-4 wt% of clay fine powder. The castable provided by the invention is good in flowability, good in constructability, good in integrality of combination with a coil after pouring, high in later strength and not easy to generate phenomena such as shrinkage and cracking, and the overall service life of the coil is prolonged. Experimental results show that the castable provided by the invention has the advantages of good integrity, difficulty in shrinkage and cracking, high mechanical strength, good thermal shock resistance and the like, and the service life of the castable can be prolonged.
本发明提供了一种中频炉用线圈浇注料组合物，包括粉料和占所述粉料0.05～0.2wt％的分散剂；所述粉料包括：45～65wt％的熔融石英；10～25wt％的刚玉细粉；8‑20wt％的α‑Al2O3微粉；0～2wt％的硅微粉；8～15wt％的无机结合剂；1～4wt％的粘土细粉。本发明提供的浇注料流动性好、施工性好，浇注后与线圈结合的整体性好，后期强度高，不易产生收缩开裂等现象，提高了线圈的整体使用寿命。实验结果表明，本发明提供的浇注料具有整体性好、不易收缩开裂、机械强度高、热震稳定性好等优点，可以提高浇注料的使用寿命。
