The turnout steel rail grooves comprise a pair of main line steel rail grooves and a pair of side line steel rail grooves. The turnout rail plate beam is gradually widened from one end to the other end, and two steel rail grooves are gradually changed into four steel rail grooves in a transition mode. The turnout rail plate beam is of a segment assembly structure. During construction, the sections are transported to a construction site, and assembling construction such as assembling, tensioning and anchor sealing is carried out on the site. And during transportation, each section is not long or wide, so that transportation is facilitated, and the method is particularly suitable for the conditions of limited transportation conditions such as mountain rail transit and the like.
