The device comprises a surface water diversion system, a water purifying device, an underground water taking device and a backwashing system, the surface water diversion system comprises a water taking head and a diversion pipeline; the backwashing system comprises a backwashing pump and a backwashing pipeline; the underground water taking device comprises an underground water taking structure and a water taking pump; the starting end of the water diversion pipeline is provided with the water taking head part and then connected to the water inlet end of the water purification device; the water outlet end of the water purifying device is connected to the water diversion pipeline; the water diversion pipeline extends into the underground water intake structure through the side wall of the underground water intake structure; a main body structure of the underground water taking structure is cylindrical, and water diversion pipelines in the surface water diversion system are laid on the periphery of the underground water taking structure in a radial mode. The multifunctional water taking device has the characteristics of improving the water taking amount, purifying the water quality and realizing full-automatic operation, and is a multifunctional water taking device.
