Building construction two-step irrigation machine ascends to irrigate stand columns, beams and walls and descends to irrigate floors
A building is built in two steps, a pouring machine ascends to pour stand column and cross beam walls and descends to pour floor slabs, a cross beam is used for pouring one layer of cross beam and stand column walls by ascending one layer, a floor slab is poured one layer by descending one layer, one machine is arranged in each room, a frame body is formed by the machines through four hydraulic cylinder barrels, a platform is fixed to the upper ends of the machines through bolts, and two D-shaped bottom frames are fixed to the lower ends of the cylinder barrels. The lower end of the hydraulic shaft is connected with the C-shaped underframe, the two transverse ends of the D-shaped underframe and the C-shaped underframe are respectively provided with a hydraulic cylinder barrel, a hydraulic shaft and a telescopic piece, the C-shaped underframe is connected with the hydraulic shaft, the D-shaped underframe and the C-shaped underframe are interchanged to be stressed on the cross beam, the machine can be jacked up and down, templates for pouring stand columns, the cross beam and walls are hung at the lower end of a machine platform, and during structural modeling, the adjacent templates are folded to form a structural model. The steel channels are supported on the hydraulic cylinder barrels, a poured floor slab is demoulded in advance, the two steel channels with reinforced strength are pre-embedded in a formwork plane of the poured floor slab, and when the floor slab is hardened to 70% of the number of days of demoulding, the steel channels are connected through iron chains to penetrate through the reserved holes to be stressed on the second layer of floor slab at the upper end.
建楼分两步浇灌机器上升浇灌立柱横梁墙体下降浇灌楼板,利用横梁上升一层浇灌一层横梁立柱墙体,下降一层浇灌一层楼板,每间房一台机器,机器用4根液压缸筒结构成架体,上端用螺栓固定平台,缸筒下端固定2个D型底架,液压轴下端连接C型底架,D型和C型底架横向两端各设置有液压缸筒、液压轴,升缩件,C型底架连接液压轴,D型和C型底架互换受力于横梁上,能将机器顶升和下降,浇灌立柱、横梁、墙体的模板挂吊在机器平台下端,结构模形时,将邻近的模板合拢,支承在液压缸筒上,浇灌楼板提前拆模,将两块加固强度的槽钢预埋在浇灌楼板的模板平面,当楼板硬化达到拆模天数的70%,用铁链连接槽钢穿过预留孔洞受力于上端第二层楼板。
