The second vehicle carrying plate 32 which moves to the road surface from the high position along with the translation frame 2 can descend to the low position and move back to the position below the first vehicle carrying plate 31; when the first vehicle carrying plate 31 is located at a high position, the second vehicle carrying plate 32 which moves to the road surface from the bottom can ascend and move back to the position above the first vehicle carrying plate 31, and vertical position changing of the vehicle carrying plates is achieved. The landing vehicle carrying plate can directly pick up and send vehicles in and out. The equipment is short in road blocking time during operation, can be applied independently or combined in rows, is flexible in layout, does not need to reserve vacancies, is high in space utilization rate, and is convenient and quick to store and take.
