A method for manufacturing an outer rounded tile comprising the steps of: providing a tile comprising a substrate made of a ceramic material wherein the substrate has a major surface and an outer rounded edge; forming a trim by inkjet printing a curable ink, providing a trim layer on top of the outer fillet edge; curing the curable ink; wherein the curable ink is in direct contact with the ceramic material of the substrate after printing.
