The water spraying assembly comprises a horizontal spray head plate and spray nozzles evenly arrayed at the lower end of the spray head plate. The fallen leaf cleaning assembly comprises a fallen leaf cleaning wind head which is arranged at the side end, close to the green plant belt, of the maintenance base and obliquely blows air towards the bottom of the green plant belt, and a fallen leaf collecting bin which is vertically arranged at the end, away from the maintenance base, of the spray head plate and collects fallen leaves. The green plant watering device has the advantages that green plants are pruned and fallen leaves are collected while the green plants are watered.
