The invention provides a polyvinyl chloride wear-resistant drain pipe as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of pipe preparation. The polyvinyl chloride wear-resistant drain pipe comprises an inner-layer pipe and an outer-layer pipe, and the inner-layer pipe is prepared from, by weight, 80-150 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 2-5 parts of a flexible agent and 10-30 parts of a wear-resistant agent; and the outer-layer pipe is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 80-150 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 5-10 parts of a flexible agent and 5-10 parts of titanium dioxide. By designing a two-layer pipeline structure, the wear-resistant agent in the inner-layer pipe is compounded with polyvinyl chloride, the wear-resistant effect of the inner-layer pipe is improved, the addition amount of the flexible agent in the outer-layer pipe is increased, and then titanium dioxide and polyvinyl chloride are compounded, so that the flexibility of the outer-layer pipe is enhanced, and meanwhile, the weather resistance of the pipe is also improved. The double-layer pipeline structure provided by the invention not only has better wear resistance and weather resistance, but also is simple in preparation method, and the manufacturing cost of the pipe is reduced.
本发明提供了一种聚氯乙烯耐磨排水管及其制备方法、应用,涉及管材制备技术领域。聚氯乙烯耐磨排水管包括内层管和外层管,内层管的材料按重量份计,包括聚氯乙烯80~150份、柔性剂2~5份和耐磨剂10~30重量份;外层管的材料按重量份计,包括聚氯乙烯80~150份、柔性剂5~10份和钛白粉5~10份。通过设计两层管道结构,内层管中耐磨剂与聚氯乙烯复配,提高了内层管的耐磨效果,外层管中增加了柔性剂的添加量,再加入钛白粉与聚氯乙烯的复配,不仅使得外层管的柔性增强,同时也提高了管材的耐候性。本发明提出的双层管道结构不仅具有较佳的耐磨损和耐候性性能,同时制备方法简单,管材制作成本降低。
