The invention discloses a high-strength tundish magnesium slag-stopping weir plate which is formed by pouring a high-durability magnesium castable comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 64-70% of magnesia particles with the particle size of less than or equal to 10mm; 20-28% of fine powder with a particle size of less than or equal to 0.088 mm; 1-3% of corundum with a particle size of not more than 0.5 mm; 2-7% of a magnesium binding agent; 1-3% of silicon oxynitride micro powder; and 0.10%-0.20% of carbon fiber and 0.05%-0.15% of a water reducing agent are additionally added. According to the invention, the defects and deficiencies of the existing weir plate magnesian castable are overcome, and the double requirements that the magnesian weir plate is suitable for longer service life and high-quality steel are met.
