The invention discloses a one-way high-temperature-resistant ablation-resistant ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials and preparation.The preparation method comprises the steps that mesophase pitch-based carbon fibers are put into an organic carbon solution to be soaked, and the soaked mesophase pitch-based carbon fibers are put into a mold to prepare a one-way high-thermal-conductivity carbon fiber preform; and carrying out multiple rounds of dipping-curing-cracking process treatment on the unidirectional high-thermal-conductivity carbon fiber preform by using the ultra-high-temperature ceramic precursor solution twice in sequence to obtain the unidirectional high-temperature-resistant anti-ablation ceramic-based composite material. The mechanical property, the heat conduction property, the high-temperature resistance and the ablation resistance of the material in a specific direction can be improved at the same time.
