Ceramic-based sealing coating for surface of silicon carbide fiber reinforced silicon carbide composite material as well as preparation method and application of ceramic-based sealing coating
The invention provides a ceramic-based sealing coating for a silicon carbide fiber reinforced silicon carbide composite material (SiC/SiC) as well as a preparation method and application of the ceramic-based sealing coating, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of high-temperature coating materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding holes in the SiC/SiC surface; and preparing the ceramic-based sealing coating on the SiC/SiC surface subjected to hole grinding by adopting an atmospheric plasma spraying process. The ceramic-based sealing coating prepared through the method is high in bonding strength, resistant to high temperature, good in thermal stability and high in thermal shock resistance, the long-term use temperature reaches 1200 DEG C, and the ceramic-based sealing coating is suitable for sealing of the SiC/SiC turbine outer ring of the gas turbine.
本发明提供一种用于碳化硅纤维增强的碳化硅复合材料(SiC/SiC)的陶瓷基封严涂层及其制备方法和应用,属于高温涂层材料制备技术领域。制备方法包括以下步骤:将SiC/SiC表面磨孔;采用大气等离子喷涂工艺,在磨孔后的SiC/SiC表面制备陶瓷基封严涂层。该方法制备的陶瓷基封严涂层的结合强度高、耐高温、热稳定性好、抗热冲击能力强,长期使用温度达到1200℃,适合于燃气轮机SiC/SiC涡轮外环的封严。
