The invention provides a preparation method of high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified emulsified asphalt, which comprises the following steps: S1, heating 83-93.5 parts by weight of matrix asphalt to 170-190 DEG C, then adding 3-8 parts by weight of SBS, 1-3 parts by weight of aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 0.5-2 parts by weight of tackifier c9 and 0.5-2 parts by weight of tackifier terpene, continuously heating to 180-190 DEG C, keeping for 8-15 minutes, and then shearing by a colloid mill to obtain modified asphalt; after shearing, introducing into a reaction tank, and preserving heat at 170-190 DEG C for 3-7 hours to obtain SBS modified asphalt; s2, dissolving 4-9 parts by weight of a cationic emulsifier, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of calcium chloride and 0.1-0.2 part by weight of polyvinyl alcohol in water to prepare an emulsifier aqueous solution; s3, carrying out shear emulsification on 60-70 parts by weight of SBS modified asphalt and 40-30 parts by weight of an emulsifier aqueous solution; and S4, continuing to add 2.5 parts by weight of SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) latex into the storage tank in S3. The performance of the high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified emulsified asphalt is improved, and the high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified emulsified asphalt can be used for a construction method of a cold-mixed ultrathin overlay.
本发明提供了一种高粘高弹改性乳化沥青的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:S1、将83‑93.5重量份的基质沥青加热至170‑190℃,然后加入3‑8重量份的SBS、1‑3重量份的芳烃油、0.5‑2重量份的增粘剂c9、0.5‑2份的增粘剂萜烯,继续升温至180‑190℃并保持8‑15min,然后进行胶体磨剪切,剪切后导入反应罐在170‑190℃保温3‑7h,制得SBS改性沥青;S2、将4‑9重量份的阳离子型乳化剂、0.1‑0.2重量份的氯化钙、0.1‑0.2重量份的聚乙烯醇加水溶解,制得乳化剂水溶液;S3、将60‑70重量份的SBS改性沥青和40‑30重量份的乳化剂水溶液一同进行剪切乳化;S4、然后继续向S3中储存罐中加入2.5重量份的SBR丁苯橡胶胶乳。本发明所得一种高粘高弹改性乳化沥青,性能得以提升,可以用于一种冷拌超薄罩面的施工方法。
