The device integrates the functions of lifting and leveling, is convenient to use, and reduces trepanning and slotting of prefabricated pavement plates; due to the configured steel claws, the load in the hoisting process is uniformly distributed on the whole plate; the burying position can be flexibly selected; the bearing plate is applied to various types of base layers by adjusting the size of the bearing plate; materials are easy to obtain, the structure is simple, a proper manufacturing process can be selected according to the engineering scale, and unreasonable cost expenditure is avoided; and the concrete can be repeatedly used during later disease repair, so that the construction progress is accelerated, the environmental influence is reduced, and the concrete plays a positive role in popularization and application of an assembled pavement technology.
