The invention discloses a rapid and accurate grouting repair process for road base cavity diseases, and belongs to the technical field of road cavity disease repair. The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining the position and size of a base layer cavity disease, the size of an elastic balloon and the predicted dosage of a grouting repair material through a ground penetrating radar nondestructive testing technology; s2, grouting holes are formed in the upper portion of the base layer cavity damage; s3, the elastic balloon is placed in the base layer cavity disease through the grouting hole; s4, a grouting repair material is injected into the elastic balloon, and the grouting pressure is monitored; and S5, when the grouting pressure rapidly rises, grouting is stopped. According to the process, on one hand, the slurry flowing range can be accurately controlled to fill holes, so that slurry cannot flow to other areas along existing cracks; on the other hand, it can be guaranteed that the grouting repair material is tightly attached to the inner surface of the cavity, and the cavity is fully filled. The technical problems that in an existing method, bumps are easily formed, even a surface layer is jacked up, and secondary damage to a road is caused are solved.
