Detachable spiral press-in piece, pipe pile torsion press-in device and construction method
The detachable spiral press-in piece comprises a connecting cap, a connecting rod and a spiral press-in head, the connecting cap and the spiral press-in head are connected through the connecting rod, and the spiral press-in head is in a bidirectional gyroscope shape up and down. An upper screwer and a lower screwer are arranged on the peripheries of the upper portion and the lower portion of the spiral press-in head respectively. The pipe pile twisting and pressing-in device comprises the detachable spiral pressing-in piece, a pipe pile and a hoop twisting device, a clamping groove is formed in the inner wall of the top end of the pipe pile, the connecting cap is clamped in the clamping groove, and the hoop twisting device is erected on the periphery of the upper end of the pipe pile. According to the construction method, torque is applied to the pipe pile through the hoop twister, the pipe pile drives the spiral press-in head to be pressed into a soil body, and the soil squeezing effect is reduced; after the pipe pile reaches the set depth, the upper screwer can cut a soil plug, the spiral press-in head is twisted and screwed out of the pipe pile, the whole method is low in noise, the spiral press-in head can be detached and recycled, and cost is saved; meanwhile, the spiral press-in head is placed at the bottom of the pipe pile, and the soil plug blocking effect is reduced.
