The anti-falling device for the well comprises an outer ring support, an inner ring support and elastic pull rods, the outer ring support is coaxially and internally supported and fixed to the well wall, the inner portion of the outer ring support is circumferentially distributed, is in radial limiting hanging connection and is axially and elastically connected with one ends of the elastic pull rods, and the other ends of the elastic pull rods penetrate through the inner ring support in a hanging connection mode; the outer ring support is of a multi-petal type annular splicing structure, and a plurality of hanging boxes are fixedly arranged on the circumferential inner wall of the outer ring support. A plurality of long holes are formed in the hanging boxes, elastic pull rods are inserted into the long holes in a one-to-one correspondence and penetrating mode, the inner walls of the long holes are in sliding fit with the outer walls of the elastic pull rods, and the elastic pull rods are hung on the side walls of the end faces of the long holes in a radial limiting mode. The falling impact resistance rigidity of the anti-falling device for the well can be effectively improved, the situation that the impact resistance limit is reduced due to aging for a long time is avoided, and the anti-falling device is particularly suitable for falling prevention of the deep well.
