The invention discloses a fabricated hybrid beam with a concrete filled steel tube structure as a connecting joint and a method. The fabricated hybrid beam comprises a hybrid beam prefabricated unit and a connecting structure of the fabricated hybrid beam prefabricated unit and the fabricated hybrid column. The middle section of the hybrid beam prefabricated unit is a reinforced concrete beam, steel pipe assemblies are arranged at the left end and the right end, and inner extending sections of the steel pipe assemblies are effectively connected with the reinforced concrete beam through construction measures. The steel pipe assembly overhanging section enables the hybrid beam prefabricated unit and the assembly type hybrid column to achieve strong connection in a steel pipe concrete structure form through butt joint of column brackets and pouring of self-compacting concrete into a steel pipe cavity; the construction method comprises the steps of factory manufacturing of the assembly type hybrid beam prefabricated units and on-site assembly of the assembly type hybrid beam prefabricated units. The fabricated hybrid beam structure is excellent in stress performance, rapid to construct, mature and simple in process, reliable and controllable in quality and obvious in comprehensive cost performance advantage.
