The invention discloses a high-pressure spraying maintenance system applied to a mass concrete pier body, comprising: a spraying device comprising a water tank and a water pipe, one end of the water pipe being connected to the water tank, and the other end being connected to an atomizing nozzle; the curing shed comprises curing tarpaulin, a curing water pipe and the atomizing nozzles, the curing tarpaulin is in a sleeve shape and covers the large-volume concrete pier body, the curing water pipe is arranged between the concrete pier body and the curing tarpaulin in a sleeving mode, and at least one atomizing nozzle is installed on the curing water pipe; according to the high-pressure spray curing system, the curing tarpaulin is arranged outside the mass concrete pier body in a sleeving mode, the concrete pier body is cured through atomized steam generated by the atomizing nozzles, and after curing is completed, the curing shed can be rapidly disassembled, stored and moved to the next pier column to be assembled and formed for curing; and the engineering efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the cost is saved.
