Comprising the following steps: establishing a BIM model, and drawing an arrangement detail drawing of an arc-shaped supporting cross rod; according to the arrangement details, arc-shaped supporting cross rods are produced and manufactured in advance and are pre-assembled; pouring a concrete cushion layer of the koji-making tower supporting system, putting the center line of the koji-making tower silo and the side line of the inverted cone structure, and marking the center line and the side line; scaffold vertical rods are erected according to the positioning pay-off points and the typesetting size, small inclined transverse rods are erected on the tops of the vertical rods, and prefabricated arc-shaped transverse rods are placed on the upper portions of the small inclined transverse rods; battens are uniformly placed on the annular cross rod to serve as supporting surfaces for supporting and reinforcing the formwork; a formwork is laid on the battens, the formwork is tightly connected with the lower battens, and a closed inverted-cone-shaped supporting plate face is formed; and after the inverted-cone-shaped supporting plate face is laid, reinforcing steel bars are bound on the plate face. According to the construction method, the arc-shaped supporting rods are prefabricated, so that the supporting system is uniformly stressed, the reliability of the inverted-cone-shaped top plate structure of the koji-making tower is ensured, and the concrete pouring appearance quality is improved.
本发明是一种制曲塔倒锥形结构支撑系统的建造方法；包括建立BIM模型，绘制弧形支撑横杆的布置详图；根据布置详图，提前生产制作弧形支撑横杆并预拼装；制曲塔支撑系统的混凝土垫层浇筑，投放制曲塔筒仓的中心线及倒锥结构的边线并标记；根据定位放线点及排版尺寸进行脚手架立杆搭设，在立杆顶部搭设斜向小横杆，在斜向小横杆上部放置预制的弧形横杆；在环形横杆上，均匀放置木方作为模板支撑及加固的支撑面；在木方上铺设模板，模板与下部木方连接紧密，形成封闭的倒锥形支撑板面；倒锥形支撑板面铺设完成后，在板面上进行钢筋绑扎。本建造方法通过预制弧形支撑杆，使支撑系统受力均匀，保证制曲塔倒锥形顶板结构可靠性，提升混凝土浇筑外观质量。
