The prestressed large-deformation anchor rod comprises a nut (1), a rod body diameter increasing section (3) and a rod body diameter conventional section (4), the diameter of the rod body diameter increasing section (3) is larger than that of the rod body diameter conventional section (4), and the nut (1) is arranged at the tail of the rod body diameter increasing section (3). The rod body diameter increasing section (3) and the rod body diameter conventional section (4) are both of a solid structure and are integrally formed. The surface of the rod body diameter increasing section (3) is smooth; and threads (5) are arranged on the surface of the rod body diameter conventional section (4). The prestressed large-deformation anchor rod is simple in structure and low in cost, generates large deformation under the condition that certain bearing capacity is kept, and cannot be damaged under large deformation of surrounding rock, so that the rock mass with large deformation can be continuously and effectively supported.
