A subbase layer is arranged at the bottom of the planting hole body, a gravel layer is laid on the subbase layer, a non-woven fabric layer is laid on the gravel layer, a planting soil layer is arranged on the non-woven fabric layer and used for planting nursery stocks, and a ceramsite layer is arranged on the planting soil layer; according to the structure, soil ventilation, water permeability and soil fertility are improved, meanwhile, accumulated water infiltration is promoted, the multiple drainage pipes are arranged on the subbase layer, the tops of the multiple drainage pipes extend to the gravel layer, the bottoms of the multiple drainage pipes are perpendicularly fixed to the four corners of a pre-dug drainage ditch, water is drained through the bottoms of the drainage pipes, and therefore the roots of nursery stocks can be prevented from being soaked; and a suitable growth environment is provided for seedling roots.
