The invention provides a foamed sheet and a preparation method thereof, the foamed sheet comprises a foamed base material layer, a balance layer is arranged under the foamed base material layer, or a glue layer and the balance layer are sequentially arranged under the foamed base material layer, and a printing color film layer and a wear-resistant layer are sequentially arranged on the foamed base material layer from bottom to top. And the balance layer is made of a soft thermoplastic material or a hard thermoplastic material. The co-extrusion layer containing the foaming base material layer and the balance layer is extruded in a co-extrusion mode, and then the printing color film and the wear-resistant layer are directly attached to the upper surface of the foaming base material by means of heat of the extruded foaming base material; or the single-layer foaming base material layer is firstly extruded, the printing color film and the wear-resistant layer are directly attached to the upper surface of the single-layer foaming base material layer, then glue is coated on the lower surface of the foaming base material layer, and the balance layer is attached; the anti-warping effect obtained by the two methods is equivalent to the anti-warping effect obtained by using balance layers on the upper surface and the lower surface in the prior art, the process is simpler, glue is not needed to be used for pasting color films, and the cost is lower.
本发明提供了一种发泡板材及其制备方法,发泡板材包括发泡基材层,发泡基材层的下面设有平衡层,或发泡基材层的下面依次设有胶水层和平衡层,发泡基材层的上面自下而上依次为印刷彩膜层和耐磨层,平衡层为软质热塑性材料或硬质热塑性材料。本发明采用共挤的方式挤出含有发泡基材层和平衡层的共挤层,再利用挤出后发泡基材本身的热量在其上表面直接贴合印刷彩膜和耐磨层;或者先挤出单层发泡基材层,在其上表面直接贴合印刷彩膜和耐磨层后,然后在发泡基材层的下表面涂胶水,贴平衡层;两种方法获得的防翘曲效果与传统上下表面做平衡层的防翘曲效果相当,且本发明工艺更简单,无需使用胶水贴彩膜,成本更低。
