The invention discloses a polymer concrete curing agent which is prepared from the following raw materials: calcium chloride, citric acid, electrolyte, a catalyst group and deionized water, the invention also provides a preparation process of the polymer concrete curing agent, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing raw materials: putting the prepared solid raw materials into grinding equipment, and grinding to obtain powder; the curing agent prepared by the invention has super-strong surface activity, and can balance charges on the surfaces of raw material particles, reduce the thickness of double electric layers and enhance the chemical reaction and physical reaction processes of a mixture, so that the mixture generates a stable complex structure, and the surface stability and temperature of the structure are improved; meanwhile, the curing agent further has physical adsorption and winding functions on the basis of chemical reaction, the solidification effect on the mixed raw materials is further improved, the strength and water stability of the mixed materials after solidification are further improved, and meanwhile good freeze-thaw resistance is achieved.
