The invention relates to a grouting method for a steel-concrete combined section of a bridge steel tower, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a sealing rubber strip on the top surface of a concrete tower base along the longitudinal center line of a grouting area, transversely arranging at least one rubber sealing strip along the grouting area, and dividing the grouting area into a plurality of independent subareas; 1-2 anchoring plates are welded to the positions, close to the four corners and the four edges, of the top face of the pressure bearing plate respectively, and at least one exhaust hole is formed in the position, corresponding to each partition, of the pressure bearing plate; angle steel is adopted as a side baffle, after the bearing plate is installed in place, one limb of the angle steel is connected with an anchoring plate on the bearing plate, and the other limb of the angle steel is connected with an embedded part on the tower base; each subarea is subjected to grouting, during grouting, a vacuum pump is adopted to be connected with an exhaust hole in a pressure bearing plate through an exhaust pipe, air and cement paste containing bubbles are discharged till pure paste without bubbles is discharged, and grouting is finished after pressure stabilization continues for one minute. According to the invention, the compaction of the grouting concrete can be ensured, and later cracking is prevented.
本发明涉及一种桥梁钢塔钢混结合段压浆方法,在混凝土塔座顶面沿压浆区纵向中心线设置一条密封橡胶条,沿压浆区横向设置至少1条橡胶密封条,将压浆区划分为多个独立分区;在承压板顶面靠近4个角和4条边分别焊接1‑2块锚固板,在承压板上对应每个分区开设至少1个排气孔;采用角钢作为侧挡板,承压板安装到位后,将角钢一肢与承压板上的锚固板连接,将角钢的另一肢与塔座上的预埋件连接;各分区分别压浆,压浆时,采用真空泵通过抽气管连接承压板上排气孔,将空气及含气泡的水泥浆排出,直至排出不含气泡的纯浆液,再继续稳压一分钟后结束压浆。本发明能保证压浆混凝土密实,并防止后期开裂。
