The invention discloses a small block assembly type subway station structure based on the glue splicing theory, a subway station is composed of a plurality of first splicing rings and second splicing rings which are alternately arranged, and the first splicing rings and the second splicing rings are tensioned and fixed by penetrating longitudinal prestressing tendons into the first splicing rings and the second splicing rings. The first splicing ring and the second splicing ring are formed by splicing a plurality of prefabricated parts, prefabricated blocks on the first splicing ring and the second splicing ring are arranged in a staggered joint mode, joints between the prefabricated blocks are connected through the glue splicing technology, and after connection, transverse prestressing tendons and vertical prestressing tendons penetrate into the joints to be tensioned and fixed. The size and the weight of each precast block are reduced, and transportation and on-site construction are facilitated; the positions, where stress concentration is prone to being generated, of the joints of the walls, the columns and the plates are all made into prefabricated parts, and the stress performance of weak structure joints can be improved; joints are connected through the glue splicing, RPC or UHPC wet joint treatment process, the stress and waterproof performance is improved, and then the overall durability of the structure is improved.
