The invention discloses a special-shaped single-layer spherical reticulated shell integral lifting lower lifting point setting and mounting method which comprises the following steps: after a special-shaped single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure is assembled and welded, a plurality of lifting lower lifting points are annularly arranged at the position of an outer ring beam of the reticulated shell structure; a lifting lower lifting point triangular lifting frame is installed on the upper surface of the latticed shell structure at all lifting lower lifting points, a vertical rod piece of the triangular lifting frame serves as a main stress rod piece, the upper end of the triangular lifting frame serves as a lower lifting point to be connected with the lower end of a lifting steel strand through a lower lifting connecting piece, and the lower end of the triangular lifting frame is connected with an outer ring beam of the latticed shell structure; the two inclined rod pieces serve as secondary stress rod pieces of the triangular lifting frame and form a triangular supporting structure with the vertical rod pieces. The actual difficulty that a lower lifting point is not convenient to arrange due to a reticulated shell welding node at the lifting point is solved; and a lower lifting point is conveniently mounted and lifted through a triangular supporting piece structure. The stress area of the lifting point structure is increased, the influence of local deformation of the single-layer spherical reticulated shell possibly caused by stress concentration of the lifting point can be effectively solved, and the lifting safety of the structure is ensured.
本发明公开了异形单层球面网壳整体提升下吊点设置和安装方法,异形单层球面网壳结构组装焊接完成后,在网壳结构的外环梁位置环向设置若干提升下吊点;在所有提升下吊点位置的网壳结构上表面安装提升下吊点三角提升架,所述三角提升架的竖向杆件作为主受力杆件,其上端作为下提升点通过下提升连接件与提升钢绞线的下端连接,下端与网壳结构外环梁连接;两根斜向杆件作为三角提升架的次受力杆件,与竖向杆件组成三角支撑结构。解决了提升点处网壳焊接节点不利于设置下提升点的实际困难;通过三角支撑件结构方便安装提升下吊点。增加了提升点结构受力面积,能有效解决因提升点受力集中而可能造成单层球面网壳局部变形的影响,确保结构提升安全。
