本发明一种筒仓顶部锥壳及平台的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:悬挑脚手架套管预埋与浇注,悬挑脚手架搭设、下环梁钢筋结构施工、主索吊环和副索吊环预埋和浇注,安装正交索网,铺设钢管架,搭设满堂支撑架,安装顶部锥壳及平台模板,分次浇注、最后拆除。本发明利用主索吊环和副索吊环安装钢丝绳形成的正交索网作为承重结构,在承重结构上铺设钢管架并搭设满堂支撑架,方便安装顶部锥壳及平台模板,实现分次浇注,这种在正交索曲面网上搭设锥壳模架支撑体系,使得支撑体系钢材用量较现有技术更少,钢管脚手架投入少、安装拆卸施工难度小,运输成本低,大大缩短了工期,进而降低了人工成本,有着良好的安全效益、经济效益及社会效益,值得大力推广。
