The invention relates to an automatic wire pole erecting device for power grid construction. The automatic wire pole erecting device is used for hoisting a wire pole to a wire pole mounting base through an unmanned aerial vehicle. Comprising a guide device for guiding a wire rod and a wire rod mounting seat, and the guide device is in a hollow prismatic table shape with a large upper opening and a small lower opening; the guide device comprises a side plate and a box body detachably connected with the side plate; the guide device further comprises four clamping plates clamped with the wire rod mounting seat, a first connecting plate arranged on the box body and a second connecting plate arranged on the side plate; the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are fixedly connected through a positioning pin and a bolt and nut pair. Compared with the prior art, the device has the beneficial effects that the positioning pin is arranged; and the box body and the side plates can be positioned, so that the condition that the telegraph pole and the telegraph pole base deviate after dislocation is avoided.
