The coal gangue admixture provided by the invention comprises coal gangue and auxiliary materials, the mass percentage content of the coal gangue in the coal gangue admixture is 10-80%; the auxiliary materials comprise red brick powder and/or steel slag powder; the coal gangue comprises coal gangue with the particle size of 100-200 [mu] m, coal gangue with the particle size of 50-100 [mu] m, coal gangue with the particle size of 1-5 [mu] m and 1t according to the mass ratio of 50: 20: 6: 4; and coal gangue with the particle size of 1 mu m. The composition of the coal gangue admixture is optimized, and particularly the coal gangue is subjected to size grading, so that the proportion of the coal gangue admixture in the concrete is increased, the utilization rate of the solid waste is increased, and meanwhile, the concrete has higher compressive strength on the premise of ensuring that the use amount of cement is lower.
