The invention provides a preparation method of a vibration-proof light modular wall, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The preparation method of the anti-vibration light modular wall body comprises the following preparation steps: preparing required materials according to a formula, and unpacking and decomposing the required materials: putting the required materials into a stirrer according to a ratio, uniformly mixing and stirring the materials through the stirrer, and uniformly mixing and stirring the materials to obtain the anti-vibration light modular wall body. Meanwhile, the temperature and the time which need to be controlled are controlled; the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: drying the wall body, watering and cooling the manufactured wall body in a mold according to the required time while drying, and by taking autoclaved aerated bricks and cement as main manufacturing materials of the modular wall body and adding an internal steel bar frame, the anti-seismic property of the whole wall body can be improved while the weight of the whole modular wall body is reduced; daily movement and installation of workers are facilitated, and meanwhile the use safety of the whole wall can be improved.
