The invention discloses a preparation method of a three-dimensional communicated porous ceramic atomizing core, which specifically comprises the following steps: mixing a framework material, a pore-forming agent and a binder to obtain a mixture, then adding a solvent to form a non-Newtonian fluid, uniformly mixing, and molding the obtained three-dimensional porous ceramic slurry into a ceramic green body; and drying and sintering the obtained green body to obtain the three-dimensional porous ceramic atomizing core. The porous ceramic atomizing core is provided with the three holes with different sizes, and the three holes are communicated with one another, so that the oil storage amount is large, the oil absorption rate is high, and the porous ceramic atomizing core has good shape stability after absorbing oil. And the method for preparing the porous ceramic atomizing core is simple and effective, the used raw materials are low in cost, and the starch in the raw materials can serve as a pore forming agent and can also play a role of a binder in the preparation process.
本发明公开了一种三维连通孔状多孔陶瓷雾化芯的制备方法,具体为:将骨架料、造孔剂、粘结剂混合,得到混合物,之后加入溶剂形成非牛顿流体,混合均匀,将得到的三维多孔陶瓷浆料成型成陶瓷坯体;将得到的坯体烘干,烧结,得到三维多孔陶瓷雾化芯。本发明的多孔陶瓷雾化芯具有三种不同大小的孔洞,三种孔洞相互连通,使得其储油量大且吸油速率快,吸油后具有较好的形状稳定性。并且制备该多孔陶瓷雾化芯的方法简单有效,使用的原料成本低廉,原料中淀粉在制备过程中不仅可以充当造孔剂,还可以起到粘结剂的作用。
