The invention discloses a highway large and medium-sized bridge deck asphalt pavement structure, which is characterized by comprising a shot-blasted concrete layer, a 0.8 kg/m < 2 > emulsified epoxy resin asphalt mastic, an asphalt sand layer with the thickness of 3 cm and an SMA-13 with the thickness of 7 cm are sequentially arranged above the concrete layer, and a 0.4 kg/m < 2 > modified emulsified asphalt bonding layer is sprayed on the asphalt sand layer with the thickness of 3cm. The bridge deck asphalt pavement structure has enough strength and good integrity, and has enough shear resistance, fatigue resistance, cracking resistance and wear resistance; and the bridge girder is effectively prevented from being eroded by water.
本发明公开了一种高速公路大中型桥梁桥面沥青铺装结构,其特征在于,包括经抛丸处理后的混凝土层,包括经抛丸处理后的混凝土层,所述混凝土层上方依次设有0.8kg/m2乳化环氧树脂沥青胶、3cm厚的沥青砂层和7cm厚的SMA‑13,且所述3cm厚的沥青砂层上喷洒有0.4kg/m2的改性乳化沥青粘结层。本发明的桥面沥青铺装结构具有足够的强度和良好的整体性,并且有足够的抗剪切、抗疲劳、抗开裂和耐磨性能;有效防止了桥梁主梁遭受水的侵蚀。
