The method has the beneficial effects that compared with a traditional process, the width of the bridge girder erection machine is widened, so that four crane carriages can be arranged, while the traditional bridge girder erection machine is only provided with two crane carriages, two precast beams can be synchronously erected at a time, and the erection efficiency is doubled; a beam lifting station does not need to be arranged, a road does not need to be closed for beam hanging, and the precast beam erecting operation can be efficiently completed under the condition that the road is smooth; and high-low hoisting is replaced, the hoisting step is simplified, and the beam hoisting efficiency under the condition that the length of the precast beam is limited by the cover beam is remarkably improved.
