The embodiment of the invention provides a concrete-filled steel tube truss dam structure for debris flow prevention and control, and relates to the technical field of debris flow prevention and control. Comprising a concrete-filled steel tube truss main body, an anti-scour apron, an emergency buffer assembly and a truss dam foundation, the truss dam foundation is laid in the ground to be subjected to debris flow prevention and control, and the four supporting legs at the bottom of the concrete-filled steel tube truss body all penetrate through and extend into the truss dam foundation. The device can accommodate soil and sand to flow downstream through the structure at ordinary times, can effectively block huge stones, drifting wood, part of sand and other objects which are large in size and possibly have major natural disasters when debris flow occurs, and can recover energy supply of the structure by removing the obstructing objects after blocking is finished. And after the device is mounted at a preset position, streams, rivers and the like near the device cannot be blocked, so that the natural environment is protected, and the ecological balance is maintained.
