Large-diameter spiral channel surge shaft
The invention discloses a large-diameter spiral channel surge shaft which is suitable for a hard rock stratum with good integrity and comprises a vertical shaft, a spiral step and a slag collecting pit. The vertical shaft is of a conventional surge shaft body structure, the bottom of the vertical shaft is communicated with the water conveying tunnel, and the vertical shaft comprises side walls and a bottom plate. The side wall comprises a first-stage support and a secondary lining, and the bottom plate directly adopts the secondary lining. The spiral step is located in a rock mass on the outer side of the cross section of the surge shaft and comprises a step, a side wall, a top arch and a guardrail. The steps, the side walls and the top arch are all of reinforced concrete structures and are located at the bottom, the side edges and the top of the spiral step correspondingly, and in order to better maintain stability of overhanging rock mass on the upper portion of the spiral step, exhaust and construction convenience, the top arch is of a groove structure inclining towards the upper portion in the vertical shaft; the guardrails are located on the free sides of the steps. The slag collecting well is of a downward-concave structure at the bottom of the vertical shaft and located on the bottommost layer of the spiral steps and in a vertical shaft bottom plate lining, and desilting is convenient. The device has the advantages of being good in pressure regulation and maintenance traffic conditions, convenient to construct and high in structural safety.
本发明公开了一种大直径螺旋通道调压井,适用于完整性较好的硬岩地层,包括竖井、螺旋踏步和集渣坑。竖井为常规调压井主体结构,底部与输水隧洞贯通,包括边墙和底板。边墙包括一期支护和二次衬砌,底板直接采用二次衬砌。螺旋踏步位于调压井横截面的外侧的岩体内,包括台阶、侧墙、顶拱和护栏。台阶、侧墙、顶拱均为钢筋混凝土结构,分别位于螺旋踏步的底部、侧边和顶部,为更好地维持螺旋踏步上部悬挑岩体的稳定、排气并方便施工,顶拱为倾向竖井内上方的坡口结构;护栏位于台阶临空侧。集渣井为竖井底部的下凹结构,位于螺旋踏步最底层、竖井底板衬砌内,方便清淤。本发明具有调压及检修交通条件好、方便施工、结构安全度高的优点。
