At least one supporting piece is arranged close to the top keel so that a butt joint opening of a wire passing box on the supporting piece can be located in the suspended ceiling layer, and at least one supporting piece is located below the suspended ceiling layer so that a switch box on the supporting piece can be exposed. The light steel keel framework partition wall is used as a base layer wall body, the joints of the light steel keel framework partition wall, the ground, the ceiling and the side edges are constructed through an L-shaped clamping piece, and the whole technology is constructed through a full-dry method; a junction box is additionally arranged at the top of the background wall module, and an indoor pipeline is communicated with the background wall module, so that the power utilization requirement of the pipeline of the background wall module is met.
