The equipment comprises a front-row parking garage frame and a rear-row parking garage frame which are arranged in two rows, the front-row parking garage frame is provided with a front-row vehicle plate transverse moving mechanism and a front-row vehicle plate lifting mechanism, and the rear-row parking garage frame is provided with a rear-row transverse moving frame mechanism, a rear-row lifting frame mechanism and a longitudinal vehicle plate conveying mechanism; the rear-row transverse moving frame mechanism and the rear-row lifting frame mechanism are each provided with a longitudinal car conveying plate mechanism, and longitudinal conveying of front-row cars and rear-row cars is achieved through the longitudinal car conveying plate mechanisms. The bottom of the front-row parking garage frame and the bottom of the rear-row parking garage frame are each provided with a foundation pit, and all the mechanisms fall into the foundation pits and are flush with the horizontal plane. The rear-row parking space (the longitudinal car conveying plate) is provided with a longitudinal conveying mechanism, the longitudinal car conveying plate can be conveyed to the front-row entrance and exit along the longitudinal conveying guide rail through the action of a motor, and the car parking and taking action is completed.
