According to the seasand soil curing agent, the pumpable concrete applying the curing agent and the preparation method of the pumpable concrete, based on the principle of solid waste recycling, through the volcanic ash active reaction of blast furnace water slag-fly ash-modified silica powder, the fixing effect of the concrete on chloride ions is improved, the adverse effect caused by high salt content in seasand soil is weakened, and the seasand soil curing agent has the advantages that the pumpable concrete can be recycled; the design purposes of reutilizing the marine sand, saving land resources and reducing environmental damage are achieved. The marine sand soil curing agent is prepared from the following formula materials in parts by weight: 72 parts of blast furnace granulated slag, 2 parts of fly ash, 2 parts of modified silica powder, 4 parts of quick lime, 10 parts of semi-hydrated gypsum, 12 parts of calcium aluminate, 2 parts of a water reducing agent, 2 parts of an air entraining agent and 2 parts of an expanding agent.
本发明所述的海砂土固化剂和应用该固化剂的可泵送混凝土及制备方法,基于“固废回收利用”原则,通过“高炉水渣‑粉煤灰‑改性硅微粉”的火山灰活性反应,提升混凝土自身对于氯离子的固定作用,弱化海砂土中高含盐量造成的不利影响,以期实现将海砂土再次利用和节省土地资源、减少环境破坏的设计目的。所述的海砂土固化剂,其配方材料按重量计份是,高炉水渣72份,粉煤灰2份,改性硅微粉2份,生石灰4份,半水石膏10份,铝酸钙12份,减水剂2份,引气剂2份,膨胀剂2份。
