The invention provides a papermaking deinking sludge-based gel material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: drying deinked sludge taken from a paper mill to constant weight at 105 DEG C, crushing and sieving; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a proper amount of deinking sludge powder, 85 light calcined powder/magnesium oxide and lignin, adding a magnesium salt solution with a proper concentration, uniformly stirring, pouring into a mold, and cooling and solidifying to obtain the deinking sludge-based cementing material. The minimum density of the deinking sludge-based cementing material reaches 1.138 g/cm < 3 >, the maximum bending strength reaches 42.25 Mpa, the maximum compressive strength reaches 11.66 Mpa, the maximum contact angle reaches 90.65 degrees, and the minimum mass loss rate is 27.52% after the deinking sludge-based cementing material is calcined in a muffle furnace at 450 DEG C for 30 min. According to the invention, a new resource utilization mode can be provided for the waste deinking sludge, the preparation process and required equipment are simple, and the method has very good environmental benefits and economic benefits.
本发明提供了一种造纸脱墨污泥基凝胶材料及其制备方法与应用。所述方法步骤如下:将从造纸厂取来的脱墨污泥105℃烘干至恒重,粉碎过筛;取适量的脱墨污泥粉、85轻烧粉/氧化镁、木质素混合均匀后,再加入适量浓度的镁盐溶液,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中,冷却凝固后即可获得脱墨污泥基胶凝材料。脱墨污泥基胶凝材料密度最小达到1.138g/cm3,抗弯强度最高达到42.25Mpa,抗压强度最高达到11.66Mpa,接触角最大达到90.65°,马弗炉450℃煅烧30min质量损失率最小为27.52%。本发明能为废弃脱墨污泥提供一种新的资源利用方式,制备工艺和所需设备简单,具有非常好的环境效益和经济效益。
