The invention discloses a method for rapidly compacting a carbon-carbon composite material, which comprises the following steps: carrying out heat treatment on a carbon-carbon green body to obtain a carbon-carbon porous body, soaking the carbon-carbon porous body in a phosphoric acid aqueous solution, after soaking, obtaining a carbon-carbon porous body subjected to interface pretreatment, placing the carbon-carbon porous body subjected to interface pretreatment in an impregnation tank of an impregnation device, vacuumizing, and drying to obtain the carbon-carbon composite material. Then, sucking the impregnant into an impregnation tank, and carrying out pressure impregnation, curing, carbonization and graphitization; repeating pressure impregnation, curing, carbonization and graphitization until a compact carbon-carbon composite material is obtained; the impregnant comprises furfuryl ketone resin, phosphoric acid and zinc chloride. The impregnation frequency of the carbon-carbon composite material can be reduced by 10%-40%, the overall mechanical property is improved by 5%-20%, and the service life of the resin can be prolonged by 50%-100%.
