The invention provides foamed ceramic with ardealite as a raw material and a production process of the foamed ceramic. The foamed ceramic taking the ardealite as the raw material comprises a foamed ceramic matrix, and the foamed ceramic matrix comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of the ardealite, 10-20 parts of cement, 30-35 parts of fly ash, 15-17 parts of composite silicon carbide, 10-12 parts of coal gangue, 2-4 parts of a pore forming agent, 5-6 parts of a curing agent and 2-4 parts of a dispersing agent. The phosphogypsum and the fly ash are used as main raw materials to produce the foamed ceramic, waste is turned into wealth, environmental pollution is reduced, the utilization rate of waste residues of the phosphogypsum and the fly ash is greatly increased, and an important contribution is made to relieving pollution of the phosphogypsum and the fly ash to the environment; meanwhile, the foamed ceramic material has the advantages of high quality, wear resistance and stability, and the cost of the foamed ceramic material is reduced.
本发明提供了一种以磷石膏为原料的发泡陶瓷及其生产工艺。所述以磷石膏为原料的发泡陶瓷包括发泡陶瓷基体,所述发泡陶瓷基体包括如下重量份数原料:磷石膏50‑70份、水泥10‑20份、粉煤灰30‑35份、复合碳化硅15‑17份、煤矸石10‑12份、造孔剂2‑4份、固化剂5‑6份、分散剂2‑4份。本发明利用磷石膏、粉煤灰作为主要原料生产发泡陶瓷,变废为宝,减少了环境污染,还大大增加了磷石膏和粉煤灰废渣的利用率,为缓解磷石膏和粉煤灰对环境的污染具有重要的贡献,同时使得发泡陶瓷材料具有品质高、耐磨性和稳定性高的优点,且降低发泡陶瓷材料成本。
