The invention provides a concrete pavement joint cutting device for highway bridge construction, which comprises a base, a box body, a cutting disc, a driving device and an adjusting mechanism, the base is arranged on the ground, the top of the base is fixedly connected with the box body, the driving device is installed in the box body, the output end of the driving device is fixedly connected with the cutting disc, and the adjusting mechanism is arranged on the box body. The driving device is used for driving the cutting disc to rotate, the upper end and the lower end of the box body are each provided with an opening used for the cutting disc to extend out, the base is provided with a hollow part corresponding to the opening of the box body, the driving device is connected with the adjusting mechanism, and the adjusting mechanism is installed on the box body. And the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the height of the driving device so as to adjust the joint cutting depth of the cutting disc. The problem that the cutting depth cannot be adjusted in the prior art is solved.
