The invention provides an anti-collision sound barrier which comprises stand columns arranged according to a certain interval and transparent sound insulation plates arranged between the adjacent stand columns, and each transparent sound insulation plate comprises a transparent base material, a left aluminum profile and a right aluminum profile, wherein the left aluminum profile and the right aluminum profile cover the left end and the right end of the transparent base material respectively. When a reinforcing strip is arranged in the transparent base material in an assembling state, the reinforcing strip extends out of the transparent base material, and the reinforcing strip is fixedly connected with the left aluminum profile and/or the right aluminum profile provided with the limiting structure. At least one end of the transparent sound insulation board is fixedly connected with the left aluminum profile or the right aluminum profile, when the transparent sound insulation board is impacted, the end which is not fixedly connected or the middle portion is broken or damaged, and the breakage or damage effectively absorbs kinetic energy during impact. Therefore, one end or two ends of the transparent sound insulation board can still be firmly connected to the left and right stand columns, and secondary damage caused by falling is prevented.
