Wherein the first structure comprises a cantilever plate which is arranged above a basement top plate, one end of the cantilever plate is connected with a basement outer wall, a first masonry retaining wall is arranged between the other end of the cantilever plate and the basement top plate, and the outer side of the first masonry retaining wall is in close contact with the outdoor ground; backfill soil is arranged in a cavity formed among the cantilever plate, the first masonry retaining wall, the basement outer wall and the basement top plate; the second structure comprises a cushion layer arranged above backfill soil on the outer side of the basement and a cantilever plate parallel to the cushion layer, one end of the cantilever plate is connected with the outer wall of the basement, and a second masonry retaining wall is arranged between the other end of the cantilever plate and the cushion layer. The waterproof process is adopted for node waterproof treatment, the integral waterproof effect of the basement is greatly improved, and the waterproof quality is high. And the problems of cracking and the like caused by differential settlement in the later period can be avoided.
