The invention discloses a microporous polyurethane elastomer and steel plate laminated shock insulation support which comprises a support body, the support body is arranged between building foundations, the support body comprises an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, a microporous elastomer is arranged between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate, and a steel plate is arranged between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate. A plurality of stiffening plates are arranged between the microporous elastomers, energy dissipation lead rods are arranged between the microporous elastomers and the stiffening plates, the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are fixed through connecting bolts and anchor bars, and the ends, away from the connecting bolts, of the anchor bars are of hook-shaped structures. The upper connecting plate, the lower connecting plate and the stiffening plate are all made of A3 structural steel; the outer layer of the support body is coated with a layer of polyurethane elastomer. Compared with the prior art, the three-dimensional shock insulation rubber support has the advantages that the vertical rigidity bearing capacity can be adjusted, the horizontal rigidity can be adjusted, meanwhile, the rubber material is excellent in shock absorption performance and low in price, and therefore the three-dimensional shock insulation rubber support low in cost is obtained.
