According to the device, drilling can be conducted through rotation of the spiral blade, soil can be conveyed out of a hole through rotation of the spiral blade, and meanwhile steel bars can be conveyed into the hole in sequence by forming a U-shaped clamping groove in the outer side of the spiral blade; the hinged block ejection device is matched with the sectional type spiral blade, so that the reinforcing steel bar can be bent and clamped in the pile foundation hole, the stability of the reinforcing steel bar in the vertical direction can be maintained, the pile foundation hole can be prevented from collapsing through blocking and protecting of the reinforcing steel bar, then the reinforcing steel bar in the pile foundation hole is matched with the steel ring cage, and lateral deviation of the steel ring cage can be prevented through the overall guiding effect of the reinforcing steel bar; and finally, concrete is poured into the pile foundation hole, so that the formed pile foundation base is firmer, and the safety of subsequent building construction is improved.
