The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively mixing dry materials and wet materials according to the weight parts of the raw materials, and taking the mixed dry materials and wet materials according to the proportion; uniformly dividing the dry material and the wet material into a plurality of parts respectively to obtain M parts of dry materials and M-1 parts of wet materials; uniformly putting the first part of dry material into a press mold; uniformly spraying a part of wet material on the surface formed by the dry material by using a pneumatic spray gun, uniformly putting a second part of dry material on the surface of the nano heat insulation plate formed by pressing in the step 4 after pressing, and repeating the steps to press the nano heat insulation plate; putting the pressed nanometer heat insulation plate into a drying oven for drying; or the water in the nanometer heat insulation plate is removed through freeze drying. According to the invention, the raw materials are mixed according to the ratio, the dry material and the wet material which are mixed according to the ratio are pressed to prepare the nano heat insulation plate, the density of the dried wet material is lower than that of the dry material, and the formed structure can better meet the heat insulation requirements at different temperatures.
