The invention relates to a fireproof partition plate for a cable trench. The fireproof partition plate comprises ettringite used as an ablative material and hollow microspheres used for absorbing high-temperature expansion and decomposition water of the ablative material. The invention further provides a preparation method of the cable trench fireproof partition plate, powdery ettringite and/or ettringite in a binder hydrate are/is used as ablative components, hollow microspheres are used as a buffer adsorption material, reinforced fibers are added to improve the structural strength, and the cable trench fireproof partition plate is prepared.
