The composition contains a basic component, a stabilizer, a solid solvent, a dispersing agent, a binding agent, nano mineral fibers and water which are stored independently or stored in a mixed mode of two or more of the basic component, the stabilizer, the solid solvent, the dispersing agent, the binding agent, the nano mineral fibers and the water. On the basis of the total weight of the basic components, the basic components comprise 60-90 wt% of zirconium oxide and 10-40 wt% of aluminum oxide. The ceramic material prepared from the ceramic composition provided by the invention not only has excellent wear resistance, but also can significantly improve toughness and impact resistance.
本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,公开了一种高韧抗冲耐磨陶瓷组合物、高韧抗冲耐磨陶瓷及其制备方法和应用。该组合物中含有各自独立保存或两者以上混合保存的以下组分:基础组分、稳定剂、固溶剂、分散剂、粘结剂、纳米矿物纤维和水;以基础组分的总重量为基准,基础组分中含有60‑90重量%的氧化锆和10‑40重量%的氧化铝。采用本发明提供的陶瓷组合物制备得到的陶瓷材料不但具有优异的耐磨性能,还能显著提高韧性和抗冲击性能。
