Petroleum coumarone water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a petroleum coumarone water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) crushing petroleum coumarone; 2) adding 2-4 parts by weight of concentrated sulfuric acid into a reaction kettle, raising the temperature to 90-95 DEG C, simultaneously starting stirring, and slowly adding 1-2 parts by weight of the crushed petroleum coumarone into the reaction kettle for 0.5-1 hour; 3) after the addition is finished, continuously reacting at 100 DEG C for 0.5-1 hour, and finishing sulfonation reaction to obtain a reactant; and 4) after the sulfonation reaction is completed, discharging reactants into a neutralization kettle, and adding a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the concentration of 50% into the neutralization kettle until the reactants are neutral, thereby obtaining the petroleum coumarone water reducing agent. The water-reducing agent is prepared from by-products of the petroleum industry, so that the water-reducing agent is low in cost and high in water-reducing rate and has an early strength effect.
本发明涉及一种石油古马隆减水剂及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:1)、将石油古马隆粉碎;2)、在反应釜中加入2-4重量份的浓硫酸并升温至90‑95℃,同时开动搅拌,并将粉碎后的所述石油古马隆1-2重量份慢慢加入到所述反应釜中,其中,加入时间为0.5-1小时;3)、加入完毕后在100℃下继续反应0.5-1小时,完成磺化反应得到反应物;4)、完成磺化反应后将反应物放料至中和釜中,并往所述中和釜中加入浓度为50%的氢氧化钠水溶液,至反应物呈中性,即得到石油古马隆减水剂。其利用石油工业的副产物制备而成,因此,成本低廉,且减水率高,具早强作用。
